What is a credit?
Credits are what power every Tealde action — searching for leads, ranking them, drafting a note. Different actions use different amounts, roughly in line with how much work they do. See the full breakdown in our help center.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can keep using Tealde, but new searches and drafts pause until you top up or your next billing cycle resets your credits.
Do unused credits carry over?
Not yet. Right now credits reset each month, so your plan stays simple to budget for. We’ll make rollover available soon.
Am I charged for tasks that fail?
No — if Tealde can’t complete a task (a search comes back empty, a draft fails to generate), you’re not charged the credit for it.
How much do AI sales agents cost?
Most AI sales agents run from around $30 to a few hundred dollars a month, depending on volume and features. Tealde is $39/month with credits included, plus pay-as-you-go top-ups if you need more.
Do prices include VAT, and what currency will I pay in?
Prices exclude VAT, which is added on top where it applies. The plan is 39€ a month in Europe and nearby countries and $39 a month elsewhere, billed in the currency of your location. We detect it automatically, and your invoices stay in that currency, so it can’t be switched later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract and no notice period: cancel from your account settings whenever you want. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
